You agree that you are an authorized representative of the company for which you are posting a job listing. You agree not to post any job listing that:
- Is inaccurate, false, or misleading.
- Is for any illegal service or activity.
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity, and non-discrimination.
- Contains any form of solicitation or advertisement for products or services not related to a legitimate job opening.
We reserve the right to remove any job listing that we believe violates these Terms or is not in the best interest of our users.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Site for any of the following prohibited activities:
- Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Site or the networks or services connected to the Site.
